Ban Risk & Liability & Account re-selling
Powersmurfs (powersmurfs.com) are not responsible for any account bans at any stage throughout the buying or selling process; by purchasing an account through powersmurfs.com, customers at this moment acknowledge that they waive any and all liability to PowerSmurfs (powersmurfs.com) and hereby agree to hold harmless powersmurfs (powersmurfs.com), their properties and respective owners for any damages or liabilities caused through any video game account ban in any type(Botting, RWT, Mutes, Etc) or any version of these forms of bans on any and all video games listed by powersmurfs. Powersmurfs is responsible for 30 days to lifetime* depending on the account tier bought for account recoveries. Additionally, Powersmurfs is not responsible for damages caused to an account purchased by a customer if that customer fails to change the password or appropriate information. Filing a dispute or chargeback against PowerSmurfs will result in the immediate suspension of all protections and support regarding any issue.
Refunds & Other Terms
No refunds are offered. Replacements are available as long as the warranty has not run out. Should an account be locked under no circumstances will it be recovered – This is due to users buying accounts and reselling them without powersmurfs permission and having users try to have us recover the accounts back for them so that they may scam others. PowerSmurfs will not recover a locked account for any reason under any circumstances – By purchasing an account from powersmurfs or visiting powersmurfs .com or speaking to its owners/associates, as a result of this
Powersmurfs may require more information following your payment to properly determine that the customer has authorized the payment. Furthermore, the website also requires legal documents to sell accounts to PowerSmurfs.
Verification may include:
– A phone call to a contracted phone number (That has been verified via our automated systems)
– Text message to a contracted phone number (That has been verified)
– Proof of a Paypal being Verified (Screenshot)
– Government-Issued Photo ID(Screenshot)
– Payment History of a Paypal account (Screenshot)
– A utility or credit card bill to the address matching the customer’s PayPal address (Screenshot)
Failure to comply with the above regulations may result in delayed payments for accounts, a hold of accounts being delivered to the customer, or other consequences; PowerSmurfs reserves the right to manage fraud at our discretion; all fraudulent issues will be resolved, and or the customer notified within (72) business hours.
Upon request, customers agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless powersmurfs and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which customers are responsible or in connection with their distribution of any content on or through powersmurfs.com services.

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by their relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by their local customs officials or other regulatory body.

Where possible, PowerSmurfs will work with the customer to resolve any disputes arising from their purchase.

Customers can cancel their order and receive a refund if they have not yet used the product.
Warranties are offered based on the tier of the account the customers have purchased. In addition, most of the accounts include a lifetime* warranty.
The warranties only cover bans related to botting; if the customer’s account has been banned for toxicity, scripting, or any other offense, it is not covered by the warranty.
If their purchased account has been banned for botting within the warranty period offered by us, the customer may claim a free replacement by creating a ticket on our discord server.
When the customer creates a ticket to ask for a replacement, PowerSmurfs requires the customer to send a screenshot of the login screen on the banned account, with the powersmurfs.com website in the background.
PowerSmurfs also requires the customer to send their login credentials manually to confirm that the ban is valid to the offered warranty.
*Lifetime warranty: if powersmurfs is forced to close down, the warranty is invalid.
